Typically orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days but can take up to seven days during busy periods. Shipping takes 1-5 business days depending on where you are located.

We will accept and refund clothing that has been received damaged or mislabelled within 7 days of the goods being delivered. Please email us immediately if this is the case. Our returns policy does not cover buyers remorse and so we do not issue refunds if the wrong size or style is ordered.

Wrongly ordered sizes are not eligible for refunds. We make everything on demand, so requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product. Please ensure you check out size guides before purchasing.

After we have received your payment, we will send you a payment confirmation to the email address that you have used for your order. If you have made a payment but not received the payment confirmation, please check your spam filters if not received and if still not found get in contact us with a proof of payment.

If you would like to return goods or cancel your order, please contact us A.S.A.P so that we can make any necessary adjustments to the statement and provide further help if needed. As all of our products are printed on demand, if your order has reached a fulfillment stage then we will unfortunately be unable to cancel your order and you will be charged.

As soon as the store have registered your cancellation or your return, the repayment will be processed within the next 5 working days.

If you have paid for your order with card, the refund will be made back to the same card. If you paid using bank transfer, you will need to provide us your IBAN number in order for us to make the repayment.
